Despite being a pro player at the highest level in Belgium and being with EA for many years, the traineeship has taught me a lot: how to make practices as game-like as possible, how to challenge youth players at my practices just enough, what are the best ways to give feedback, etc. I believe very much in EA’s development culture, training and playing style.
