This course had a large impact on my growth as a coach and our the development of our club. It confirms my view on the importance of fundamentals and 1v1. I will integrate many things such as details in fundamentals and the balance between the practical and theoretical.
As a coach the course helps to further build your vision based on things you’ve picked up from other clinics and similar quality courses. I have learnt a lot about the way EA works, their approach to training as well as how to connect wit the player group.
Mainly I have gotten a lot of new ideas on which I can build myself, that I want to elaborate on and that above all will have an refreshing effect on our players.
The course gave me a complete picture on how EA works. Pieces of the puzzle have come together that made me understand everything very well.
The vision behind EA as well as the framework on athletic development make you more complete as a coach.
