With off-season and pre-season finally over so we’ve got more time again to load up new material on our online platform.
Here’s a recent recovery workout I did with our national 3×3 team after them became fourth at the olympics.
As the guys were all still quite tired and a new competition was coming up in Canada I created a light recovery shooting workout for them.
We started with a shooting warmup using a wide diversity of footwork variations.
After we went on to the main topic of creating a shot after coming out of a trigger.
