Here’s an short version of our form and rhythm shooting video. This is one we like to share with our players who want to improve their shooting by having a set template to follow as soon as they enter the gym. Later our practice goes beyond this type of practice into a game-based environment.
In this video you will see 16 types of shots (one hand, one leg hops, stick the toe, hopping off the dribble, and more) with different challenges and details to cover a wide array of the art of shooting.
The purpose of form & rhythm shooting is to develop good habits. So when you get in a game, you will consistently use proper form without thinking about it.
